​Pre-payments are collected at the time of scheduling appointments and procedures. If you decide to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we require a minimum of 48 business hours’ notice prior to your scheduled appointment to receive a refund. Pre-payments will be forfeited if cancellation occurs within the 48-business hour window.
